Regarding that game, individual contributions to EverySpace are a contribution to a collective work and remain the property of the respective author and are used by The EverySpace Society with the author’s permission. Contribution of a work does not expressly transfer ownership from the author of the individual article, but does grant a non-exclusive license to members of the `EverySpace Society to publish the work in print and on the web.

Fudge RPG

Fudge and the D20 Gaming systems are released using the Open Gaming License. The OGL provides that licensees will not use any Product Identity, including as an indication as to compatibility, except as expressly licensed, and that the owner of any Product Identity used in or on game content—in this case, The `EverySpace Society—shall retain all rights, title and interest in and to that Product Identity.
